During this initial consultation, the consultant or coach will determine how they can help you in more depth. They will give you free suggestions of the Dermattude Anti-Aging coaching program to be developed should you decide to participate in the program and an overview of what the program will entail. Depending on your individual needs, the program might address diet, exercise, fasting, stress management and more. Once you enroll in the program:
- you will be sent a customized personalized plan for the next 30 - 60 days. The program will tap into the areas of your body and aging that are important. The prescription will include a road to success that will help you optimize your health and longevity as well as looking and feeling great! You will receive this Rx within 72 hours of the purchase of the program.
- Once you review your custom personalized program, we will schedule a 30 min long call or video call to go over its details and answer any questions you might have.
- The package includes 2 additional 5-10-min long check-ins within the first 30-days, and an extra half an hour long session at the end of the month or two.
