AGE LESS WITH
OUR HEAD CONSULTANT
& ANTI-AGING COACH
"EVERY WOMAN CAN FIND AT LEAST 5 MINUTES TO LOVE HERSELF" Hi there! I am Marta and for short Mar. I am 42 and am a busy mom of 2. I am an educator and a former university instructor with M.Ed. and am also a certified fitness trainer, wellness coach and now Dermattude skincare consultant. I have always been passionate about knowledge and fitness and have always cared about my own as well as my clients' exercise and nutrition. Until I turned 34, I had never thought of skin as a part of self care. Like everyone else, I regarded it as an external rather than interrelated part of the body. I remember one day looking in the mirror and noticing how much my face had aged. I know many of you can relate to this as well even though we sometimes do not want to admit it. That day I decided to venture out into the anti-aging skincare world. My goal was to make my face look younger and learn how to take care of it better. Little did I know that I would embark on a journey that would turn into not only passion for skincare, but also mindfulness and skin care as an important part of my total wellness and self-care package. Now, after 7 years of self-education and learning from skincare professionals, I can't stress enough the importance of skin care as a part of self-care. If formulated right and with nourishing to the skin ingredients and anti-aging actives, skincare can not only make your face look better and your skin healthier in as little as 5 minutes a day, but it can even help you with mindfulness, self-love and self-care, which may impact your life in many other positive ways. Doesn't make sense yet? Stay with me. Once you understand that our skin is a window to what is inside of our bodies, and become mindful of the ingredients that nourish and supplement your skin vs skincare that is full of chemicals and toxins. Every time you mindfully massage into your face healthy products, you will be mindful of what you eat as well, and if you already eat in a mindful and healthy way, why not being mindful about skincare as well, so you can nourish your skin from the inside and outside. And if you want to take it to the next level, like I have, and like I recommend women do, you might not only look at your skin care as your beauty ritual, but also one for the soul and mind. Many busy moms or career women, do not have an hour a day to devote to themselves, but 5 minutes everyone has. I find skin care to be the perfect 5 minute ritual that can go a long way. It can be one of those self-care rituals and a love affair you have with yourself. Truth is that when you take that 5 minutes a day to pamper yourself and when you mindfully massage healthy nourishing, rather than toxic, ingredients into your skin, you renew your skin cells and repair, which can remind you to do the same to your body. You will want your inside to match the outside and vice versa. This is mindfulness, ladies. Additionally, that 5 minutes can be your time to disconnect from all the stressors of the day, and focus on connecting with your true self. There is no better time for that than when you look at yourself in the mirror. Relax, and give yourself and your skin some self-love. We so often forget to put ourselves first, and every woman should find at least 5 minutes a day to love herself. Go Dermattude. I am here to help you choose the right products for your needs, and help you get started on or compliment your wellness journey because skin care should be its vital part. If you are interested in the Dermattude Anti-Aging Program, I am also available for coaching.
