Welcome to the 2021 Healthy Skin & Body Challenge. This 52-week long program is for everyone who is looking into transforming their body, mind and even life into a healthier, more balanced, beautiful and confident you. It is a modifiable coaching program that is for many different fitness levels as well as different personalities, and metabolic types. The main objective of this program is to discover yourself, become self-aware, and slowly progress through weeks of weekly tasks that will result in habits that will stick with you for life, and not just weeks, or months. Truth is that 99% of people fail in their efforts to reach their wellness/weight loss goals because they rush into those without preparing themselves mentally, emotionally and also lacking self-awareness and knowledge. Many people follow one fit all diet or exercise program, yet we are all different on the inside just like we are all different on the outside. and we all require to some extend an individualized approach. Whereas there are many things we should all adopt into our lives regardless of our individual variables, there are many that should be customized. This program will guide you into creating your own customized health & wellness program that will result in a healthier, more beautiful, stronger and more confident new you. As you work through the weekly challenges, you will be getting closer and closer to your healthiest body, skin and mind as they are all interrelated. You will be able to discover this as you go through your journey to wellness. As your body gets stronger, so will be your mind. As your body gets healthier on the inside out, so will your skin. The challenges are organized in the order that will prepare you to tackle tougher and tougher tasks, and building up on those. Since everyone starts at a different set point, their might be weeks you will not find challenging. Use this time to work on the challenges that you find tougher. The weekly tasks and challenges are based on research from various resources such as American College on Sports and Medicine, functional medicine doctors, my personal experience as a fitness trainer and health and wellness coach.
